    Order cancellation

    All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted with 60 days of the purchase date. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. Submit return requests by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.  Gift cards are a non-returnable item.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Since we offer free shipping, returned items will be subject to a $4.99 restocking fee. If you receive a refund from a returned item, the cost of the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail when a return is sent in.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

    Exchanges

    We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

    Warranties

    Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

    If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. 

    We do not issue the refund if:

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Carbon Fiber Junkie (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Carbon Fiber Junkie.

    You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. Submit refund requests by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
